Not an Ethical Operation

The excitement I felt when I found FuboTV was wonderful. Finally, I could watch my favorite teams in Brazil. I PREPAID for a years subscription to get a discount instead of the monthly billing. Things were great until I started having problems. First, the quality was poor. They said my internet speed was too slow, so I paid for two speed upgrades with my service provider. It was somewhat better, but I lost quality again and again. They said it was not their fault. The feeds were bad. Second, my feed kept freezing up. They said their AppleTV app wasnt compatible with my AppleTV 4. They never mentioned that before I signed up. They didnt know when the update would be ready, BUT it wasnt their fault. The developers had some problems. Third! without any notice, I lost access to Brazilian football. To recap, I bought the package for Brazilian football and PREPAID for a year. Upon contacting them, SURPRISE! They said it wasnt their fault. The license agreement changed and if I wanted Brazilian football, I would have to pay more. They have not delivered what I paid for and none of their offers to rectify the situation makes my commitment whole again without more money. They always have an excuse, blame somebody else and try to smooth things over with sweet talk and insincere apologies. This is not an ethical operation. Look for other, more honorable alternatives.
