5 star idea, one star execution

Streaming service with garbage streaming. Stops, degrades quality, etc. Signed up for a one year subscription last summer but wont renew since the problems dont get fixed. All company does is apologize for the issues, but not fixing them.

Suggest staying away from paying for this until it works.
