Disappointing

Got the app to watch the El Clasico, but couldnt. Out of the 90 minutes plus a break in between, it was in decent (480p) quality for about 10 minutes. There also was a quick flash of 720p but that didnt last at all. There was nothing from app makers, just customers in complete confusion left alone with no game to watch and an app and a website that didnt work. Only a day after did they send out a message about what happened with a month credit. I dont think theyll ever be able to handle the stream of customers with a quality service.
